Unlike any other hospital facility in India at Vijaya we offer cottages and accommodation facilities for the exclusive use of patient family members. The vast Vijaya Health centre campus allows us to dedicate accommodation facilities for patient family members visiting from other stations. We feel that the patient’s family must be close to the patient for faster recovery and thats why offer on-premises accommodation.
The cottages are elegantly made up offering all the modern comforts. The rooms are daily cleaned and maintained with the highest standards. The patient family members can easily walk up to the patients rooms and return back to the rooms after visiting hours are over.
Patient family members can also make use of the Foodcourt facilities and travel desk which are all within the hospital campus. |

| Travel Desk: |
Time Travel and Tours is within the Vijaya Hospitals complex offering train, air domestic or international travel services. They will also assist in hotel bookings , passport assistance and foreign exchange needs.
They also offer airport transfers and holiday tours for your convenience. Times Travel and Tours are a third party service provider and not part of the Vijaya Hospital Group.

| Insurance Help Desk |

The TPA helpdesk is for the assistance of patients who are seeking cash less treatment from their insurance companies. The TPA helpdesk will assist the patient family members to fill out the forms and verify the ID cards and facilitate the insurance claims process.
In case the bill amount exceeds the sanctioned amount the enhancement request is sent to the insurance company with the Discharge summary and all other investigations details which is expected within 4 hours. Once the approval of the enhancement is sanctioned the billing sections and the respective wards will be informed. |

| For the convenience of patients and patient family members we offer laundry services within our Hospital campus. We request patients and patient family members to make use of the facility and refrain from washing clothes in the bathrooms. |
